A credit report is a personal credential. The chance of a loan being approved or disapproved lies mainly on how creditworthy the applicant is based on the credit report being received by banks and lending institutions from the major credit reporting agencies. While some people maintain a good credit standing in the business community by performing their obligations, there are some instances when their credit report is tainted with anomalous transaction not because of personally engaging with these transactions but because other people used their identities to perpetrate these anomalous transactions. At the end of the day, they belong to the daily statistics of victims of identity fraud.
